I got my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Prabhu. Starting from initial consultation to Post-op consultation, everything was handled professionally and with great care. I was made aware of the whole procedure and steps and care to be taken after surgery. I was given flexibility to make the final choice of different alternatives of treatment possible with their pros and cons explained very clearly. I am very pleased with the treatment and would highly recommend Dr. Prabhu.

Mr. Prabhu listened to what I had to say about my condition and warned me of possible problems and risks with the surgery involved. He performed the operation in the way such that I did not have any further problems. He always cared greatly for me and this was much appreciated.

In 2014 I was diagnosed with oral tongue cancer and referred to Mr Prabhu, I feel so lucky that I was. Mr Prabhu guided me through my upcoming operation with patience, understanding and gave me the confidence I needed. I also met with his team who were wonderful and gave me their precious time and answered all my questions. On the day of my operation I felt fully prepared and quite calm and I was so happy to see Mr Prabhu in ICU post op. He has been a wonderful support to me and my husband over the last five years and I couldn't have wished for anyone better to get me through my cancer.

I am writing this testimonial on the behalf of my mother - Mrs Ann Cheales. The care and support, both medically, surgically and emotionally, that my mother experienced from Mr Prabhu was second to none. We, as a family, could not recommend him highly enough. From the moment we met him, when my mother had been diagnosed with jaw cancer and was, understandably, anxious and nervous, he put her mind at rest. He explained her diagnosis and the recommended treatment in a way that was honest and to the point, but sensitive and reassuring. He shared with us examples of people with similar cancers, and the photographs and proof of the positive results he had achieved. This helped my mother to see beyond the hideous few weeks to come and to keep calm and accept his expertise and help. I, as my mother's daughter and primary carer, could not have been more supported or comforted throughout her treatment. He even rescued me when, after leaving her the night before her operation, I was lost in the bowels of the hospital, with no idea which car park my car was in, or how to get out as the door we had entered through was now locked! Like a guardian angel, he appeared ... and showed me the way! This sounds amusing, but, at that time, I was very distressed and extremely relieved to see him - leaving the hospital after an extremely long day - at 9.30pm. His commitment to his patients, and indeed his craft, is exemplary. In our household, Satheesh Prabu has the utmost respect and we thank him for saving our mother's life. He is a truly special physician with extraordinary skills. Anyone who is unfortunate enough to have to endure surgery like this will be lucky to have him on their side. Nicky Gray
